Harper heads-up Four Seasons in Scotland

Rob Harper has joined Four Seasons as managing director of the company’s Scottish care homes division.

Mr Harper was formerly director of operations at Community Integrated Care (CIC) – one of the biggest charity and voluntary organisations in the UK. He held major operational responsibility for care and support to people of all ages and levels of disability across Scotland and England for CIC, with a heavy influence on person centred support and inclusion agendas.
