A new regional manager has joined the ranks at Healthcare Homes, a growing care home provider in the east of England. Ruth Hayes, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, joins Healthcare Homes from Integrated Nursing Homes where she was operations manager. She recently joined Healthcare Homes as a regional manager for the company’s properties in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Suffolk. “I took the opportunity to join Healthcare Homes as it is a rapidly expanding business which places emphasis on high-quality care for its residents and investment in its staff,” said Ms Hayes. Operational since 2005, with Richard Clough as chief executive, Healthcare Homes already has 16 properties across the east of England. The company is backed by August Equity, formerly Kleinwort Capital, who has invested £19.5 million into the Healthcare Homes Group alongside a loan facility of £51m with Bank of Scotland.
