Hunter enters healthcare property market

Edinburgh-based Hunter Property Fund Management (HPFM) has established Hunter Healthcare Property Ltd as a Guernsey-based trading company to focus on investment and development opportunities in the UK healthcare sector.

HPFM’s managing director Mark Hunter said the company would acquire existing care homes suitable for refurbishment and expansion and also develop new care homes for sale or leasing to the major operating companies in the healthcare sector.
