Intelligent strategies to keep ahead

With the current need to run faster and leaner in these recessionary times, any business wanting to move on or even just stand still needs to adopt intelligent strategies to keep ahead.

But what is ‘intelligent’ you may ask – well I would suggest it’s common sense – achievable and practical measures which should apply to intelligent strategies, as opposed to intellectual musing and blue sky thinking. In other words, strategies that have a meaning and are going to lead to realistic deliverables within set timescales, for the benefit of the company, its owner
