Knowsley Manor goes retro for residents

Residents at Knowsley Manor Care Centre have enjoyed stepping back in time with their new general store, a mocked-up shop front which is stocked with products from an era gone-by.

The windows are bursting with traditional sweets, retro tins, household accessories, vintage toys and cleaning products.
