Land deal sees go-ahead for two care projects in Bristol

Work has begun on one of the biggest construction projects in Bristol this year.

Developer Earlplace has completed a land swap with Bristol City Council over a site in Horfield, exchanging land at the rear of the site for land at the front.

As part of the deal, Earlplace will develop a new independent care home for older people on the front of the site – and build a new Concord Lodge for Br
