Life Style Care expects further growth

In announcing record turnover and profits for the year ended March 31, 2004, care provider Life Style Care plc expects further organic growth through 2004 and beyond. The company reports a turnover of £35 million, and an operating profit £2.58 million for the period. The group currently operates 22 care centres, with recent openings in Reading (137 beds) and Putney (110 beds). Its plans for further developments in Hornchurch, Watford, Ruislip and Ealing will take the company¹s portfolio of beds to more than 2,000 which, says the company, makes it the fastest organically-growing care provider in the country. With occupancy levels in its care centres running at over 98 per cent, Life Style also points to continued success in obtaining block contracts with local authority and other commissioning bodies.
