Manager falls foul of POVA rules in going the extra mile

A manager of a sheltered housing project in the North East says she was sacked because she cared too much about her job.

Linda Coote, 55, manager of the Prospect Place sheltered housing scheme in Lingdale near Middlesborough, is taking her employers, Home Housing Group, to an employment tribunal claiming unfair dismissal.
