Maria Helena is couple’s second acquisition

The Wetherby, West Yorkshire head office of DC Care Property Agency has announced the sale of the Maria Helena care home in Spalding, Lincolnshire (pictured) for an undisclosed sum.

A stylish 18th century building, Maria Helena comprises an original unit for 24 and an extension providing a further eight bedrooms was completed in 2006.

The home is the second acquisition by Mr and Mrs J Beeha
