Mealtimes: a missed opportunity

Problems with feeding and nutrition are common among older people with dementia, yet little research has looked at mealtimes from their point of view. Salli Littlewood, Saieideh Saedi and Chris Williams describe an “action research” study to assess and change nurses’ practice and attitudes.
