Merit Award for manager’s dedication

Following nominations from her colleagues and peers Debbie Thomson, care centre manager at Meridian Healthcare’s Greatwood House in Denton, Greater Manchester,has been awarded the Employee Merit Award. Ms Thomson, who has been care centre manager at Greatwood House for 18 years, was presented with a certificate and vouchers by operational manager for the area Bernice Priest, who thanked Debbie for her hard work and dedication to the company and congratulated her on achieving the award. The Employee Merit scheme aims to recognise the hard work and commitment of Meridian Healthcare’s employees. Reasons for nomination include: achieving high standards of excellence, outstanding performance, attitude and commitment as well as having a special rapport with other employees, visitors and residents. All at Meridian Healthcare would like to pass on their congratulations to Debbie and thank her for her loyalty and dedication during all her years with Meridian Healthcare.
