MMCG appoints Craddock as new operations manager

Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) has appointed a new operations manager to run its elderly care division. Vicky Craddock (pictured below) was recently appointed to the new position after serving as the company’s area manager for the North East and Yorkshire for four years.

Ms Craddock has more than 17 years of experience as a nurse in the care industry. Her previous experience with elderly care will prove especially useful – she is now directly responsible for running 21 elderly care homes in the MMCG portfolio.

“Vicky brings a wealth of experience to the position,” said MMCG managing director Maria Twarowski.

“She is a valuable asset to our business because of her positive attitude, strong work ethic and knowledge of the industry.”

 MMCG was established in 1996 by Phil Burgan, who named the company after his grandmother. The group has 47 properties throughout the UK and Channel Islands, including eight in Yorkshire. In addition to e
