More homes for Watson

Watson Group Healthcare Ltd has acquired Simonsfield nursing home in Runcorn, Cheshire and Hannah & Olivier nursing home in Widnes, Merseyside, from Relay Prime Ltd in an off-market deal handled by the Manchester office of property agents Christie & Co. Watson Group Healthcare Ltd has paid an undisclosed figure for the two homes, which each carried an asking price of £1.95m. Funding was provided through the Bank of Scotland. The Watson Group currently has five care homes comprising a total of 270 beds and a network of support houses for adults with learning difficulties.
