New warranty on coffee makers and boilers

The increasing cost of fuel – and the consequent negative impact on emergency call-out and service charges – means that now, more than ever, the reliability of catering equipment is a major factor in the purchasing decision. Instanta, which describes itself as one of the UK’s leading beverage equipment manufacturers, says it has always had a reputation for producing durable, reliable and energy-efficient machines and that reputation has been enhanced by the introduction of increased warranties on its wide range of machines. Instanta is so confident of its products’ reliability that it is now offering a 30 month return to factory warranty on its range of pour-over coffee machines. The company is also increasing the parts warranty on all its hundred, thousand and wall-mounted series boilers to two years. The introduction of these new warranties is, according to Instanta, a direct result of the low failure rates being returned by the Instanta range. For instance, the company reports only two pour-over breakdowns
