Priory acquires Devon property

The Priory Group has continued to expand and has strengthened its position in the South West through the acquisition of Coombe House, Devon. Priory was advised by Savills institutional property team and Savills Exeter office. Gary Witham of Savills said the Georgian property was rebuilt by the Sillifants family in 1795 and previous uses had included a country house hotel, care home and rehabilitation centre. “The property will be converted by Priory Group to continue their work in special needs education,” said Mr Witham. “Our ability to combine our team’s national expertise in the healthcare/ education sectors and the local market knowledge and contacts of our Exeter team has proved invaluable.”
