Promotions at Grimley

Property agents GVA Grimley have recently promoted two of their key healthcare personnel. Amanda Nurse becomes a partner while Jessamy Loosemore has been made a principal surveyor. Mrs Nurse joined the practice in 1991 as a graduate trainee and has specialised in care business sales, acquisitions and marketing since 1994. Department head Andrew Sidwell said her ascension to partnership was richly deserved. “Amanda is continually seeking new and better ways to deliver client service,” Mr Sidwell said. “She is brimful of initiatives, drive and ideas, being first and foremost a very effective agent.” Mrs Nurse provides transaction strategy services across the UK advising numerous clients, from both corporate and private backgrounds, together with insolvency practitioners and the not-for-profit organisations.
