Property information pack will save time and money

Specialist valuers and business services agent, Pinders, believe they have achieved precisely that with the launch of Pinderpack. Pinderpack aims to expedite the process of buying and selling a business by providing the information needed by potential purchasers, viz: … a detailed business appraisal and property condition report; … … a report by solicitors on the preliminary searches … … an environmental report which highlights potential risks in the area; … … all of the relevant supporting documents such as accounts, plans, inspection reports, etc. The pack does not provide a valuation ­ which is probably a shrewd move. Valuations are inevitably subjective and would weaken the central purpose of the pack which is to provide reliable, objective information upon which potential purchasers can make up their own minds.
