RBS funds purchase of couple’s second care home

A £1.4m financial package has been provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to care home owners Gaj and Kathy Ragunathan to acquire their second care home – the 21-bed Avalon care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The Ragunathans have been operating in the care home sector for two years, owning and operating the Crawford care home for adults with learning difficulties in Bognor Regis.
