RDB wins praise from St Helens

Independent quality rating company RDB Star Rating has won the praise of St Helens Council in the North East for helping to identify care homes committed to delivering quality care.

RDB Star Rating, which evaluates care homes against more than 200 care standards, inspected 28 care homes in St Helens, awarding five stars to 65% in total. St Helens Council, which has worked with RDB Star Rating since 2004, praised the scheme for giving care home users the ability to choose care homes based on quality care.
