Regard Partnership buys Norfolk homes

Acting on behalf of David and Helen Morrell, Christie + Co’s Ipswich office has sold Community Support Homes to The Regard Partnership Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

The group has been specialising in the provision of care and supported living to clients with mental disorders for 20 years. Located in and around Kings Lynn in Norfolk, Community Support Homes consists of 46 registered beds in five separate locations with an additional five supported living places.
