A well-respected national survey of the strength and future prospects of publishers has described the publisher of Caring Times as ‘strong’ and well able to survive the current financial difficulties.

The recent Plimsoll Analysis includes an individual assessment of each of the top 1000 companies in the UK magazine publishers industry and it rated Hawker Publications as ‘strong’ – the top category that a publisher can be placed in.

Caring Times editor-in-chief Dr Richard Hawkins, said he was delighted that an independent survey had confirmed that all the hard work and dedication that staff put into Hawker Publications was paying off and being recognised.

‘I would particularly like to acknowledge the fantastic contributions that our editor, Geoff Hodgson, and our advertisement director, Caroline Bowern, make to the success of Caring Times,’ he said.
