Richmond Villages reports good sales

While much of the current property market is beset with problems, with home sales slowing down or non-existent, one retirement village developer – Richmond Villages – has reported buoyant sales.

Richmond Villages founder Keith Cockell said there had been particularly good sales at the â£21m Richmond Northampton retirement village, where the first phase of 17 homes was fully sold off-plan and most of the second phase of 33 homes also sold before the development’s recent completion.
