Rosewood builds in Bensham

A £5m luxury care home in Bensham, Gateshead, is under construction by Rosewood Care LLP, after securing funding from The Royal Bank of Scotland’s (RBS) healthcare team.

Rosewood House will be a 75-bed care home with four storeys in a horseshoe shape around a central communal sensory garden. The accommodation has been designed well in excess of the national minimum standards, and will be highly appointed throughout. All of the bedrooms will have ensuite shower-rooms, embracing a ‘wetroom’ design.
