Safeguarding your interests: coping with multi-agency adult protection investigations

We would all agree that safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse is one of the key responsibilities for all those involved in social care. We would also all agree that it is important for the various agencies involved to work together to that end. However, those providers who have found their services subject to multi-disciplinary investigations will know how costly and stressful they can be. This article identifies some of the problems that providers commonly face during such investigations and suggests some useful strategies to take control of the process.
