Sanctuary acquisition

The Exeter office of property and business agents Christie & Co recently acted on behalf of Sanctuary Home Care, part of the Sanctuary Housing Association, in the acquisition of a North Devon-based domiciliary care business called “We Care Services Ltd” from the owner, Kay Lambert, who wishes to retire. Simon Harvey of Christie & Co said there was currently a high demand for quality care businesses across the south west, ranging from nursing and residential care homes through to domiciliary care businesses such as We Care Services.
