Scottish homes to be upgraded

Southern Cross healthcare will spend £380,000 to upgrade two care homes in Forfar and Arbroath which had formerly belonged to collapsed Grampian Care. The homes are among 16 of Grampian Care’s Scottish homes which were taken over by Southern Cross at the end of June.
