Securitisation report from Barclays Capital

Posted on September 1st, by editor in Caring Times. No Comments

Barclays Capital has produced The Care Home Report Guide to UK Care Home Securitisations which compares the relevant merits of all eight existing securitisations within the sector and, with the basic sector fundamentals being positive, concludes that the sector as a whole has good prospects. The report describes the universe of care home securitisations and the fundamentals of the UK care sector (with a detailed example of the economics of a care home with nursing) before making a comprehensive comparison for each of the securitisation transactions, giving each a performance rating. With a long track record in structured finance transactions, Barclays Capital offers securitisations through sale and leaseback, whole business securitisation and commercial mortgage backed securitisation as ways of raising business finance. # Copies of the report can be obtained by contacting George Fergusson at Barclays Capital email:
