GVA Grimley’s healthcare team has produced a bulletin advising care home owners about key aspects of preparing themselves and their care home for a sale. Written by Jessamy Venables, partner of the healthcare team, the bulletin covers numerous aspects, including pre-sale preparation, the sale process, confidentiality and likely realisation.
