Sheerline ramp was the right solution

Norfolk-based Sheerline Systems installer, Premier Verandahs, has installed two specially designed disability access ramps at a home in Lincolnshire. Mrs Webb, who is a wheelchair user, selected the tailor-made Sheerline ramps to provide easy and safe access to the front door and patio area of her bungalow. The Sheerline ramp is said to provide safe, durable and low-maintenance access, said to be ideal for domestic applications and for buildings that require access for the public. Manufactured by UK company L.B. Plastics Ltd, the Sheerline systems are made from high impact thermoplastic material which has provided Mrs Webb with stylish ramps that are splinter free and have a slip resistant surface which Premier says offers 30 per cent more slip resistance than wooden products. In addition, Premier Verandahs has installed a PVC verandah system which provides an adjoining platform to the ramp for ease of access. Designed to complement the verandah system, the ramp is available in the same range of colour option
