Shelbourne opens its first community

Caring Times editor GEOFF HODGSON reports on the grand opening of The Shelbourne at Sway

A luxury retirement complex which will set new standards for top-end assisted living schemes was officially opened in early September.

Built on the site of the former Sway Place nursing home and set in the heart of the New Forest, The Shelbourne at Sway is the first assisted living project to be built by Shelbourne, a subsidiary of the O’Flynn group, a property developer active in Ireland and the UK.
