Soccer star opens Oakwood Lodge

The doors were officially opened on anew, award-winning, £4.lm, purpose-built sheltered housing scheme in Willenhall, opened on July23 by special guest, ITV football pundit and former captain of the Republic of Ireland and Aston Villa football teams Andy Townsend. Focus Housing’s sheltered housing scheme, Oakwood Lodge, near Walsall, provides 4~ beds with individual flats and communal areas. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms accessed via its own front door, giving residents total privacy to lead individual lives.
