Stanbridge acquires Jay

Sluice room equipment manufacturer Stanbridge Ltd has acquired stainless steel specialist Jay International Ltd. Stanbridge, based in Bromely, Kent, will continue to run Jay from its Andover, Hampshire offices and Jay’s founder, Peter Cornish, will remain with the company. Jay International designs and manufactures quality stainless steel equipment for sluice rooms and other areas, primarily for the healthcare industry. Its products, approved by the Department of Health, are used extensively in hospitals and nursing homes in the UK and overseas.
