Three senior posts filled at Four Seasons Health Care

Four Seasons Health Care has announced three senior appointments to its management team. Julia Hartill has been appointed as care services director, Kathy Baines as group financial controller and Paul Constable as a regional manager. “With the company growing continually and now having 114 homes, about 6,000 beds, nearly 7,000 employees and a turnover of £100 million, it is important that the senior management team continues to be strengthened”, said chief executive Hamilton Anstead. “Julia, Kathy and Paul have experience and expertise in their respective areas which will be valuable to the effective management and future growth of Four Seasons.” Julia Hartill trained as a nurse and moved into the care home industry to manage a home in 1991, then joining Takare plc, and subsequently joining Four Seasons as a regional manager in 1998, before being promoted to care services director in January. Kathy Baines qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1990 and has since held financial position
