Trinity tight-lipped

Trinity Care¹s chairman, Glen MacAulay, has confirmed that discussions on a possible sale of the company, which recorded a 33% increase in turnover during the 12 months to March 31, were continuing. “On March 29, 2001 the company confirmed that discussions that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital, were continuing. That is still the case,” Mr MacAulay said. Trinity Care operates 26 care homes with a total of 1,456 beds.
