Care UK – interim results

Listed health and social care provider Care UK has released an Interim Management Statement covering the period from April 1 to mid-August.

The group says good progress has been maintained since the release of its half yearly results in May and current trading and expectations for the remainder of the financial year are in line with the group’s forecasts. In addition, the acquisition of the 50% interest in Partnership Health Group (PHG) not previously owned by the group was completed on August 1.
