Win-win for everyone

It is impossible for more than two operators in the care sector to gather together for more than one minute before the inevitable questions arise ‘how are you getting on and where do you think things are going from here?’

The answer to the first question in most but not all cases by any means is – ‘not too bad, I guess, all things considered’. By ‘all things considered’ most operators would mean that at least they are not having the torrid times their related colleagues in retail, hotels, pubs, restaurants and leisure centres are having.
