Construction of a £4m care home has begun in Warrington for specialist care provider CareConcepts. The 60-bed facility is being built by construction company G & J Seddon and funded by The Royal Bank of Scotland’s healthcare team.

Following a national tender by Warrington Borough Council, CareConcepts was awarded the contract to build and operate a 60-place care home and 20-place day centre on the former Chestnut House site in Appleton, Warrington. The home is scheduled to open next March.
